About

Why AerInvest exists

I'm Adrian, an independent developer. I built AerInvest because I kept running into the same problem researching stocks myself: every tool either gives you raw numbers with no interpretation, or a confident-sounding verdict with no visible reasoning behind it. Neither one actually helps you decide anything.

AerInvest is my attempt at the middle ground — an AI research layer that shows its work. It pulls live market data and filings, runs it through a DCF and relative-valuation model plus an AI quality score, and gives you a fair-value range and a signal with the assumptions attached, not just a color-coded badge.

It's built and maintained by one person, with AI-assisted engineering — I'm upfront about that because I'd rather you know exactly what you're using than pretend to be a team of analysts. That also means I'm directly reachable: if something's wrong, confusing, or missing, it gets fixed by the person who built it, not routed through a support queue.

How it's built

Show the reasoning, not just a verdict

A model that says "Buy" without saying why isn't useful — you can't evaluate it, challenge it, or learn from it. Every AerInvest output comes with the DCF assumptions, the scenario range, and the specific factors behind the score, so you can judge the reasoning yourself instead of trusting a black box.

Say what the data can't tell you

Financial statements lag by a quarter. AI models make mistakes. When the data is thin or a number is stale, AerInvest flags it explicitly instead of quietly filling the gap with confidence it hasn't earned.

Built to be argued with

The AI Copilot is grounded in your actual portfolio, not generic market commentary — and it's meant to be questioned, not obeyed. Research support, not a signal to follow blindly.

What AerInvest is not

AerInvest is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and isn't regulated by any financial authority. It provides AI-generated research and analytical tools for educational purposes — not personalized investment advice. See the full disclosure for details.
